Welcome to Niko Footwear. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. User Accounts & Security

To place orders or submit requests, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Ordering, Pricing & Payments

We strive to display accurate product details and pricing. However, pricing errors or inventory mismatching may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for products with incorrect price listings.

• Transactions: Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay). All payments must be completed in full before shipments are prepared.
• Custom Sizing: Standard retail customers must provide a foot measurement in inches where requested. It is the user's responsibility to input accurate dimensions. Niko Footwear is not liable for incorrect fits resulting from inaccurate user inputs.
• Retailer Accounts: Retailer accounts require a minimum purchase quantity of 24 pairs per SKU (or at least 6 complete sets per product) to place orders. Wholesale prices are exclusively available for verified retailer roles.

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Niko Footwear and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of this site without our prior written consent.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided for guidance only. Delivery timelines may be affected by logistics disruptions, courier schedules, or remote location limitations. Niko Footwear is not responsible for transit delays once the product is handed over to the shipping provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Niko Footwear, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
